4 Months without a car

Firstly I had an incident 07/05/2015 and my car was taken to renew it at Sandton after a while when I check progress from renew it only to find out the car was no longer with them King Price move my car I try to call king price to find out what's happening but the was no answer renew it told me that King Price took the car from them with no lucky trying to call everyday then I started sending E-mails asking them about where is my car e-mail after e-mail then they decided to send the e-mail and said your car is in Pretoria no call nothing I have to find out now the place where there say my car is, after a while trying to call this people from Pretoria Jocks Auto body Up until today I don't have my car back everyday it a story and they don't call for update I have to call them everyday. I feel that it very unfair on my side since 07/05/2015 till today I don't have my car I need my car back if they cant fix it please help. I'm not sure if they still have my car. Very very unhappy with the service from King Price since now it my baby to do follow up with Jocks
