4 months later, vehicle repair still not completed

We were involved in an accident in November 2015. We had to follow up to ensure assessment of the vehicle then was told vehicle will only be repaired in 2016.January we again had to follow up on when the vehicle can be repaired. On the second follow up authorization was given to a ELDAN AUTO BODY to book the vehicle for repairs. Also ***********. No communication. Upon collection we were informed that there is still a part missing. I did not want to pay the R3500 excess since vehicle repairs not completed. They refused to let my car go and in order to mitigate further costs in terms of alternative transport I was forced to pay the excess. I phoned Kring Price regarding he issue, still waiting to phone me back. My sister overheard the conversation between them and ELDAN AUTO BODY where I was only identified as a difficult client. Car back today as the boot is leaking, lights not working and it is poor workmanship in general. I gave them a week to repair vehicle and put me in the position I was before the accident, after that I will take the vehicle to someone that is interested in delivering proper service and proceed with the recovery of all my damages and costs incurred.
