3rd party claim submitted but no response in 3 weeks
<p>I have sent in all relevant quotes for the repair of my car as requested by kingprice but no reply. I contacted them and they said that the legal department will contact me, but still nothing. This is now 3 weeks ago and I cant get anything out of them. Can a manager contact me!</p>

Our legal department tried calling you but to no avail, we will send an email to the email address you provided this site. Kindly note a 3rd party claim is a legal process and therefore can take much time. Kindly consult your own insurer should you wish to claim directly from them and they will initiate the legal process of a 3rd party recovery attempt.
