3rd party claim is ridiculous

Having to be the one that has to call them after their client bumped me is ridiculous. The process is truly the most annoying part, it’s a merry go around with no clear information on how to get assisted. I had to call the legal department that was not available to even assist me after their client claimed. Now tell me since am the third party I have to jump hoops just to get assisted come on. I had to enter my id number so many times to be told I can be assisted I need to send an email. Am the one who has a car that was damaged by your client but am here feeling like a ******** just so I can get my car fixed nxa
