3rd Party claim

I'm extremely appalled by the service I received for my 3rd party claim. I had an incident last year Oct and till to date I'm still receiving call from the lady I was in an accident with stating that King Price hasn't paid the claim. IM TIRED OF THIS INCOMPETENCE. IM TIRED OF TRYING TO EXPLAIN MYSELF. I need you to please SORT THIS OUT. Your service is absolutely *******. Why am I dealing with this? Why am I paying you so much money for? I want someone to call me and as a matter of fact I want to cancel this insurance. I'm disgusted.
