3 Wrongful deductions in less than a Month!!! ????????
So I decided to switch from King Price Insurance to another better organised insurance company in December. My cover with the other insurer took effect on 25 December and King Price also ended on the same date. However my premium for King Price was up to 31 December. So they refunded me the pro-rated amount for the week that I was no longer with them (i.e. 25-31 December). On 1st January they deducted their normal premium yet I had cancelled my cover! I called them and they advised me to reverse the transaction with my bank, which I did. A few days later they deducted that pro-rated amount (i.e. 25-31 December) which they had rightfully paid me. I decided to leave it because that's King Price for you: they say one thing on the phone and emails and do the opposite. The final straw is that they have deducted the amount AGAIN! Three wrongful deductions in less than a month!?

I have taken time to write them an elaborate email about my ordeal and also trying to give them feedback about their overall service, all in vain. I have suggested that they have an exist survey for their clients and they will hear horrific stories of bad service. RELIABILITY IS EVERYTHING IN INSURANCE!!!
