3 weeks after I registered a claim, no outcome.

I registered a claim 3 weeks ago and even today I have not recieved any outcome(good or bad), I keep calling everyday and they always say they'll get the person who's responsible for the claim to call me back but that never happens. They've been saying that the claim is in the process of being finalized for the past two weeks. I don't recieve any feedback or whatsover.<br> <br> This is unacceptable.
