3 week unfinalised claim

I had a accident literally 3 weeks back and my claim still says pending mind you I have been getting excuses after excuses when I am asking on the status of the claim. The last time they told me they cannot get hold of the police station where the incident happened to get the incident report. Mind you I had to drive more than 500Km to go and get the report myself and email back to them of which happened last week at my cost. Even today my claim is still not finalised yet, no one responds to my emails im just stuck in the dark with a damaged car. I honestly think changing to King Price was the worst mistake I have ever commited
