3 months later and still waiting

I submitted a claim on 05/09/2015 and still have not received my car. After King price took a month to assess the car additional damages had to be fixed. now 3 months later they sent the car back for investigation on the water pump light that still comes on. Apparently King price wants to see whether the this was part of my accident or not(My car is a 2013 model). Its taken them over 2 weeks now and still no one at king price has the decency to call and update me on whats happening.<br> <br> <br> Is this what you call great service??<br> <br> I have never experienced such pathetic service.<br> <br>
