3 month long Claim for my Mother

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother whom I referred to get a King Price Insurance Policy and I am disappointed with how her first claim has been a frustrating experience for her having left First For Woman insurance. My Mom has submitted claim on the 25th September 2020 its been almost 3 months (CKP***/2) and her claim is still not finalized she has been ignored and had clumsy feedback after reaching out to King Price. During this time she is still paying for monthly premiums for a written- off vehicle and still paying car installments as well. I am pleading with King Price to urgently process the claim for my poor mother (53yrs old ) she voiced her frustration with King Price and highly regrets moving over to King Price and I am very disappointed as I have been with King Price for over 5years and personally had great experience . This is not the service I would further recommend friends and family to anymore .
