3 DAYS AND STILL NO RESPONSE ON COURTESY CAR

My car has been in for repairs for a scratch and dent claim since Monday, since Tuesday I have been trying to communicate with King Price to find out if it would be possible to get a courtesy car (which is included in my policy) in the meantime as the repairer (Durban Central Panelbeaters) has advised that the car will only be ready next week. Every time I call I am told my call will be returned but no one calls, I have also sent emails to *** and *** but there has been no feedback. This morning I called again and I was told to get confirmation from the repairer on the exact date when the repairs will be completed which I did and sent an email to *** as advised but there has been no feedback. I have had to come here on Hellopeter because the last issue I had with King Price for the same claim was only resolved after I had posted on Helllopeter. It's been difficult to deal with King Price lately due to non-response from them and I have started weighing my options with other insurers because I can't continue with an insurance company that only responds to bad reviews on Hellopeter but cannot provide me as a customer with proper feedback for 3 days.
