2+ months after a crash and nothing has been resolved

King price is the most ridiculously useless insurance.

Firstly, they are trying to get me to pay extra excess when they knew I had a learners licence. This is nowhere in the agreement and they quoted me based on me having my learners.

They also **** and claimed that I had NO medical benefits, which was a lie. I do.

This matter has been written off, closed and passed on to other departments, yet I am still paying off the installments on finance.

On top of that the teams don't communicate. They wait forever to do the minimum and leave it to you to do absolutely everything.
