2 month old insurance claim not completed
I logged an insurance claim almost 2 months ago. Geyser has been fixed (took 2 full weeks and I did not have hot water during this time) but my ceiling is still in a damaged state 2 months later. Company responsible for fixing the geyser and ceiling has informed me that they submitted the quote to fix the ceiling to King Price. I have not received any feedback from King Price!
