2 Access monies cannot be paid by kingprice

The above insurance is owing me R9000.00 Rand's which I would be using to enjoy Christmas with my children since I'm a pensioner "The 1st access was for April 2021 n the 2nd one was for Sept 2024 and in both accident the perpetrators acknowledge their faults in causing accidents in which my wife was a driver n what is the problem in paying my access back ' I made a call to their office's to ask them to refund my access monies n their consultant accidentally said it has prescribed n after 3 day I received a known e-mail for all these yrs that their lawyers are attending to the matter where's before the other consultant claimed that it was paid longtime ago but quickly it was rectified after some days and at the meantime I'm paying R3300.00 premiums for my car's but still they cannot make a refund I think they're just waiting for me to die accidentally so that this money can just disappear pls help!!
