Staff top notch they know what they talking about and help resolve you issue and make changes to your account in real time. Liked the fact they they sms or emailed me after the to confirm what was done. Longest wait for the call callcenter was 3min but issues was resolved in 2 min The app is very basic needs more devalopment as to what you can do on your profile Overall was a good experience for 1st insurance Had to leave due to more competitive premium with alternative insurance agency hope they can maintain as kings price set the bar
