1st Impressions

<p>Good day,</p> <p>So it all started after having some time reading my Policy Schedule & downloading the app (great app) and getting to play around I noticed that my Address is not spelled correctly being late I requested a call back using the platform provided. With it being late night on a public holiday i expected a call the next day.</p> <p>So this is where Graham Theunissen comes in, he called first thing the following morning (working hours/ Not to early or late) helped me with this request and also helped me with adding a few extras while I was on the call.</p> <p>So big thanks to Graham who was patient, professional and also had great knowledge of the products and how they worked.</p> <p>I wish and hope this is how all future communication with King Price will be conducted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Happy Client</p>
