I was told that a damage report usually takes 3-5 days. I've now been without a car for two weeks. All I got was a jocular email making light of my situation, not a single apology for the negative experience I have been forced to endure. I have held on for hours on end, waiting for someone from the claims department to avail themselves. Result, VOKOL. Was promised a call-back by Unathi, VOKOL. Was reassured that Megan (a manageress) would call me, VOKOL. To cut a long story short, 95% of the people you speak to are either ***********, dishonest or just poorly trained. STAY AWAY!
