18.36% premium increase year on year same cover
During my leave in December I received an e-mail from King Price with the new premiums for 2016. On return I investigated and find that not only was the increase year on year 18.36%, I was also overcharged from September between quotation and true value. I am normally a person who trusts suppliers on quotes and charges, but no longer, thanks to King Price.<br> <br> I phoned King Price and inquired on the reason for the huge escalation in premium, was put through to a \senior"supervisor who said that he has to speak to another \""senior\"" person and would phone me back in 5 minutes. Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs or parts and repairs... Which even we can't ignore!
These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month.
