Claimed my ****** Phone on the 29 of November 2022((CKP***/1). 16 days later I'm still here without a phone. The service provider cannot find my similar phone and I'm denied the option of a Voucher, rather I am told that option is not available. Meaning I will spend my holidays without a cellphone.
