10 Day Wait and Still No Refund

I was called on 4/10/2017 by the legal department stating that my excess was recovered, I was informed that I would receive my refund within 10 working days, I was also informed that it will be sooner than that as I bank with F N B. I had spoken with the legal department yesterday who had stated that they will request a POP and send this to me, I then followed up again where I was advised that this was escalated to management the previous day, the whole day has gone by with no feedback or payment, bearing in mind we are not past the unfathomable 10 working day wait for a refund?????? I always felt that the service of King Price was fantastic but this situation has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and actually leaves you thinking that there is truth behind the competitors statements!
