1 Star for King Price - 11 out of 10 Stars for Wilhelmina Kabini!!

We have been receiving worse than poor service from King Price for the last week. It has been such a struggle to get through to a consultant that actually know what they are talking about and someone that could actually update my insurance. In a matter of two minutes my whole insurance quote changed and to almost double the amount and I was requested to install a tracker. We have been put through from consultant to consultant and after holding the line for quite some time, the consultant did not speak clearly and answered as if he did not know why I was put through; shortly after re-explaining the reason for my call and being requested to reverify my identity for "security purposes", the line was dropped and we did not even received a call back from the consultant.

I was so frustrated and had started getting quotes from other insurance companies, to move my whole portfolio; when we were put through to Wilhelmina Kabini at the Retentions Department - who absolutely made my day! She was so patient, friendly, concise and knowledgeable. She is the only reason that we are not changing Insurers and I think some of the other consultants can really learn a thing or two from her, about product knowledge & client service.

King Price - You can do much better... Wilhelmina Kabini - I hope you get an award for excellent service!!!
