Alex Mothobi is a good and knowledgeable sales consultant who provided me with the relevant information I needed.
The process is a bit too long and time-consuming - 18 minutes on the phone. King Price should make it easier and make the process shorter. Maybe consider using a WhatsApp chatbot instead of a phone call.
