Worst experience with KING PIE

King pie is the worse shop I've ever had to deal with, i bought a pie from king pie and it wasn't fresh and wasn't even cooked, i got numerous calls from king pie that I'll get a voucher and i waited for more than 10 days to get the voucher and once i got the voucher a day later, i went to a king pie as indicated and was told that i can't use the voucher there and i went to the second king pie and was told the voucher is not working. I didn't even bring lunch because i thought I'd redeem my voucher.. I called their customer care and was told there's nothing they can do but send national office and email that can take up to 7 days, I had to buy food So basically i lost money unnecessary because i wouldn't have bought lunch if it wasn't for this king pie up and down, to top it of i was late for work after lunch because of king pie. Im so angry
