Very bad attitude

I went to king pie in carlton centre. Wanted to buy Rib pie that cost R18.90.' I wanted to pay with R100. The lady with her name tag faced inside she said she doesn't have a change how do I expect to buy something worth R18.90 with R100? I had R18.00 Coins ' I then asked her to pay with R18.00 since she doesn't have a change' she said the pie R18.90 not R18.00... that's when I asked to speak to the manager' she said she is not available ' I asked for the manager's numbers ' she said she doesn't have them' I asked for the owner's number, she said she doesn't have it I can call customer services ' I had left my phone at home' I then asked for a pen to write the number down' she said she doesn't have it. With an attitude, I asked for her name' she didn't want to tell me her name. She has a name tag but it is facing inside u can only see the magnet outside' I think she has a reason why she wear her name tag like that' she knows she is very rude and she knows we can report her using her name, she behaves like she is working at ****a shop. She lack a customer service skills,. I called their customer service. Ref number 15-07-57
