Unhappy customer

I went to buy two pies steak and cheese on Sunday 16/08/2015 and i ate one and could not finish the pie because the steak inside did not taste good for me. I went back to the store to exchange the one i did not eat to my suprise the cashier told me she will not exchange it for me her policy does not allow her to do that. I was so dissapointed because the pie was still intact in their packaging.<br> <br> This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced, the store does not care about their customers I mean the pie was not good and all I wanted was to exchange it and did not want my money back but still they failed to assist me. I even called their customer service and till today no one has contacted me.<br>
