Terrible service

We recently visited the King Pie in Woodlands Mall. The service is absolutely appalling. There's one short man who works there, he's constantly unpleasant and doesn't treat all customers with respect. He bit my head off all because he didn't hear me greet everyone upon arrival which I had initially done.

A second staff member who is female, needs to work on her listening skills, learn to be present and professional. I had communicated changes to my order which her colleague had actioned. This upset her because she hadn't heard this from me directly and decided to show how upset she was, when I had to pay for my order. She she slid the speed point in my direct in an abrupt manner. I find this highly unprofessional and feel that she needs to work on her EQ and people skills as this is not the kind of service we expect from such a renown brand.

It's vital that people who are employed in these positions are properly trained on how to be the face of the company and represent the company in such a way that the Execs would be proud of.
