Terrible customer service and selection of pies

I have just come back from the King Pie in Springs Mall (near the Pick n Pay). All I can say is, I walked away disgusted. Firstly, the wait was ridiculous (and there were only 2 people in front of me)!!! Someone then also joined the que behind me while I was waiting. There were 2 ladies behind the counter. One was serving customers. The other lady was packing the cold drink fridge. Now I ask, when you see that customers are waiting longer than usual, do you not think to yourself "let me stop packing juice and help customers so that they don't have to wait". Instead we were made to wait while she carried on packing. Fabulous customer service! Secondly, the pie warmers were practically empty. This is at 11 in the morning. Please do your customers a favour and remove the extensive list of pies from your menu. Barely any of them were available. This little stand is giving King Pie a bad name. Next time I will rather buy pies from grocery store.
