Still awaiting voucher/Supervisor-Manager Sibongile
I have spoken to a lady Sibongile at King Pie head office since last year before they closed she said my voucher is with the courier. Again in the new year the voucher is with the courier up until today no voucher had been delivered. I can't phone after them everytime and get **** to. My reference was 25-12-26 If someone is interested in checking up what the complaint was about. You call head office give them the reference then no one can help this is ridiculous.

12 Feb 2026, 13:16Up until now I have heard nothing with regards to this complaint. I doubt somebody will be rectifying this. It's bad for a manager to let you know that your voucher is on the way and she knows it's not. It's been more than 2 months already.
