Poor service/unwillingness to help a customer
I received a message from King pie stating this: "King Pie thanks you for being loyal in Oct! Your FREE Cheese burger pie code: *********. Code expires in 30 days - Expiry Date: 19/12/24. T&Cs Apply." I went to King pie in Kempton park near Kemp star mall to get my pie, the lady was hesitant to assist me and then when she did she just said that there's no network and I must come back another time as if I live in Kempton park!!!!!
