Poor food quality

On Saturday, 26 March 2016 my boyfriend and I felt hungry after we completed our shopping at Pick n Pay. We walked past King Pie and we immediately turned to each other with excitement for a 'Pie treat'.<br> My boyfriend ordered a Cheese Burger Pie with Large chips and I ordered two samoosas (A chicken and a beef) as well as a medium chips.<br> <br> The chips we purchased at King Pie were some of the best chips I've personally tasted in a long time<br> My boyfriend's pie barely even had any cheese in it. He mentioned that the pie was unbelievably dry.<br> All I tasted once I bit into my samoosas was old oil. The oil was literally dripping out of the samoosa's onto my clothing. We didn't enjoy our meal from you guys which I find quite strange considering when I've used you in the past, your food quality has always been in tip top shape.<br> <br> I'm hoping to get a response from someone regarding my complaint ASAP.<br> <br> Regards
