Pathetic Service

I am not happy about the service that I received today at King Pie Zevenwacht Mall 2 Game. I ordered at 14:45 a Filla Meal with chips. People who came after me received their chips timeously and I waited for 30 minutes without the lady who was assisting me to communicate with me. Another late came afterwards and told me my chips got burnt they are preparing other chips.

I have never received this pathetic service at King Pie Zevenwacht near Spar. Their service is always tops.
