Pathetic Customer Service

<p>On the 20th August my partner and I bought 2 upsize meals from their branch in Somerset Mall, I wanted to enter the competition that ended the following day all the competition board said was to dial *120*1073# to enter when we got home I tried to enter the competition I entered the number to dial and then all of a sudden it asked me for a till slip number? I was not given a till slip at the store and the cashier intentionally with held it as they know what is needed to enter the competition and they keep the slips for themselves to enter the competitions. So I have complained numerous time to King Pie about what happened and since the 20th August this is the BS reponse they keep giving me "we apologise and will escalate the matter" It is almost a month later and still the issue has not been resolved. King Pie's customer service is the most disgusting excuse of service, they should stop wasting peoples time pretending they have a customer service when they obviously dont give a flying "HOOT" about their customers.</p>
