King Pie LTT misleads then chase away customers!!!

King Pie at Game Centre in Louis Trichardt, I sent my son to go buy 3 russian rolls and a cornish pie. The cornish pie came to the car completely dried out, no meat barely any filling. Instead of russian rolls my son brought sausage. I sent him back immediately and asked him to give that back, i wanted a russian roll. He returned with the bag saying that the cashier said shes not allowed to return the goods and that the russian rolls will be 20 mins. I got out myself and took the pies back. The cashier, Saartjie, phoned the manager. I explained he's 12 years old and that I dont want sausage rolls. I told them I've taken pics of everything. The owner told the cashier telephonically that she dont do exchanges and that they wont refund my money. I phone HQ while standing there. I refused to leave and later the owner told the cashier telephonically to tell me to leave her store! HQ referred it to the regional franchise manager who promised he will get back to me. Still nothing. The person in charge of the factory also promised to get back to me, nothing.<br> I posted pics on the Facebook page of King Pie. I left my money and the pies in that store, its now been more than a month!
