KING PIE CANAL WALK DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE

Extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Ordered a burger pie the patty was raw I took it back to the store to let them know and the staffs attitude was HORRIFIC!! Before assisting and having the issue sorted they spoke to each other in Zulu and made jokes about the pie that was returned, after having their laugh about it the only explanation was the pies were cooked today. We even had to question whether it was part of their customer service training to laugh and make jokes about STORE FAULTS before assisting their customers. Please train your staff on proper customer service and a better attitude if you want them as front of house staff. Definitely will not be returning.
