King Pie Bayside Mall

Myself and a friend went to King Pie Bayside Mall yesterday on our way back from collecting our kids from school. What a horrible horrible experience we had. I've been buying pies and fries there for a few years now but never experienced bad very bad customer service from the supervisor I assumed. How kids (5year olds) we joking and laughing amongst each other and this lady working there got so irratated with them and shouted very loud to them "Shhhhhhhus you behaving like animals and just making nose. This is not your mother's house. You from that kids who doesn't have manners and just making nose wherever you go". She said in in Xhosa not knowing we understand fully what she was saying. I got so angry with her and told her if she is saying my kids are behaving like animals then what is she. She is a idiot that doesn't know how to speak to other people's kids. Another customer just left and told her he will never return there cause she has no customer service attics. The lady who served us was so kind and polite. She kept apologizing on behalf of this lady that is just going on and on. I continued my transaction because of her otherwise I would have left without buying. She refused to give her name to me. Do you still get this kind of people in this world that we living in right now? I'm dumbstruck by a adult behaving like that towards toddlers.
