Horrible service at King Pie Observatory

For the past year, me, and my colluges have been buying chips from King Pie, daily.<br> Today, the chips i recieved was hard and tasted old, so i took it back.<br> <br> I immediately got verbally attacked by 3 ladies working there - Patricia, Siphokhazi and the other person did not want to give me her name. They were saying how is it that its only me, and now they must pay for it and and and. They were Extremely rude and ifnoring me when i spoke, walking away and talking to each other in Xhosa. <br> This is seriously unacceptable service. I will NEVER buy from you people again. <br> I insist on the managers number, which they also refused to give me. After all the horrible words and shouting from them! After i told them why are yiu fighting, im not blaming you, they kept on. They gave me new chips, and as it would have it, it also tasts horrible and old.<br> <br> I know what King Pie chips tastes like, and this is far bellow your standard.<br> King Pie Obs will never get my money again!
