Forced to eat burned cheese burger

I was my wife and son on wednesday 12/05/2021 at past 2, when my pregnacy wife craved for a king pie cheese burger. we got in Middestad Bellville Mall king pie and buy one. sadly it was burned underneath and my wife was so disappointed as she could not eat it, she instead gave it to me. i could not eat too so i tried to get her a fresh one. when we trying to show what was wrong with their burger, the whole stuff shouted at us saying 'its a sauce' nothing wrong with it, we should eat it like that. we requested to talk the manager, i was told the manager is out. Requested for another burger they refused and say no refund as well. We ended up leaving the burger and no till slip and our change. i could not be so sad in my life
