Extremely Rude sales lady

i went to my (supposedly favourite) king pie store at ilanga mall, nelspruit only to experience a terrible customer service by one of the ladies who refused to provide me with her name as she said, she wont give me her name because its private information and is non of my business. she further did not greet me and said if i wanted to buy i muct buy or leave. i was shocked at first i though she was perhaps pulling a stunt, but then she went to the back room and never returned to finish off my sale - she gave her colleague my change to give to me. i walked away fuming mad - this was ridiculouse especially during this time of life where there are no jobs and you get people like this who refused to be atleast even try to be friendly, i mean you are selling a pie - how difficult can it be to smile and be friendly?
