Disgraceful Customer Service!

Poor Customer service

I bought some pies at promenade Mall Mitchells Plain. I do understand there is a line which u need to stand in in order to be helped, which I was standing in the line and then moved to the counter. A very rude person who helped asked who's next I said me I am next this little hood rat started shouting you had to stand in the line I told her I am not a child why are u shouting the other lady who is always nice to be when I buy there said she was in the line..

I then requested to speak to the manager which the manager was very nice and said she will sort this out with the lady this nasty person comes again and started shouting why are u lying to my manager. I tell her stop talking to me like that.. I also told her I will take this complaint further her word infront of the manager was " you can do it"

Absolutely shocking service, how on earth do you have such staff working for you who's customer facing such staff should not be serving customers she must be very glad I did not take her name down I would have put in on this review.

I really need action taken again this lady because where does she even come from the manager is trying to talk to me whilst she comes interfering in the conversation and coming to tell me I am lying.

As a Customer I feel to never support Kind Pie again.. Absolutely disgraceful service I am disgusted really!
