Bank Card ******

Purchased a pie and a cold drink at King Pie Century City, the one by Checkers, I paid using my card and they didn't give me my bank card back, I noticed when I left the store cus I went straight to Pnp Liquor to do cashback, I ran back to the store and the store manager was so arrogant, she refused to check the footage, I know that I left my card at that store. I asked for a refund cus was already ****ed losing my bank card like that cus I have to pay money for card replacement. They refused to offer me a refund, they called their "area manager" named Evidence who couldn't even check the footage, he told me that his device couldn't allow him to check the footage and he refused to refund me. I, for one, don't have trust in them, if they can't protect their customers from losing their belongings then why are they still operating? The sad part is that the short and chubby coloured lady was busy laughing at me, that was very unprofessional of her, it's really disgusting. I will never trust or buy anything from this store ever again, your stuff doesn't know what customer service is, it's disappointing. I will deal with whoever stole my card there.
