Bad service and bad serve nd bad responds from the managers

On the 18/04/2025 I went to king pie for something to eat then when I was there still waiting for my food one of the staff member asked me about my personal stuff she's not even my friend I don't eve know her I just saw her when she came to my store or went to king pie so now she asked me about my boyfriend and she manage to say to me this thing of calling its making me crazy and I become angry she was telling I know even her stories which I don't get where does that come From and I was customer aþ king pie to get such bad bad service when I raised that to her manager then I was told they already sopke to her and she says that was personal staff with bare in mind am not even her friend or relative with this employee of king pie as a customer they dont hear my complain they no evn communicating with me via my complain...i had to call them back for a follo follow up but still they just said they will get back to me....later on i got a wtsapp text from the stuff asking who "who am I they got my number from the mangers whom I called nd complained about the inciden...i thought they will talk to their employee nd ask her to come and apologies to me as a customer who was harass and am there one who did the follow up to manager 6 days later still no proper response...
