Bad service
My sister and I visited King pie festival mall outlet opposite (checkers hyper)the 27th October..Nancy gave us the worst service with a very very bad attitude and unprofessional...we asked if they had combo meals instead of explaining to us she showed us a paper on the counter & said we can check there..I said since you know your products how about you inform us which combos you have & she immediately lost it with us...she threw her hands at us saying I just wanted to provoke her and she left us standing at the counter...that was horrible to experience as a customer...please take your staff for customer service training because with staff like Nancy training it's really needed or you might as well close your doors...that treatment is unacceptable!!!!
