Bad customer service

Went to king pie today at Mitchell's plan promenade mall While standing in queue waiting to assistant 2ladies arrived they were assisted before me then i asked the lady if why because was there before them she told me because they work at mall then i said why you dont ask me firt or tell me then she stated shouting as if i asked something wrong or was not sopposed to ask the lady name is Tereza then i ask to speak to the manager was told she's not there then i asked when she's not around who's in charge was told is the lady who was rude
