Bad customer service

I went to king pie at 09:25am today to grab something to eat on my way to work, i ordered a pie for r20,90c plus a soft drink i gave the lady r40 for tht to my surprise she gives m a pie only no softdrink cz she was busy chatting with another lady nd i asked ha nicely whr s my drink she said to m i ddnt order a drink i told ha tht i ordered a drink u ddnt hear m cz u r busy chatting n assisting customers she told m tht i must not talk to her like tht cz um nt her age... It went frm bad to worse whn i found tht she gave m a wrong order i ordered steak n kidney she gave m pepper steak. I am not happy abt their service at all pls attend to it. Thanks!!
