Bad customer service

If there was an option of not putting a star I wouldn't have, what a shocking experience I had at your parow branch very rude ladies who serviced me. The only bad thing I did is for me requesting the meal combo and they just served me a pie I asked where are the chips this lady explained something that I didn't even hear. I took the bag I left as my partner already paid. Not this lady saying to me I am rude screaming and the entire mall looked at me. I wanted to cry kn the spot I was so embarrassed I couldn't even say anything my partner held my hand and apologized for something he didn't do. I think the ladies should be taken back to training. As for me as much as I like King pie chips and musterd source I will find it somewhere else this was the last time I spent my money with you guys.
