Appalling customer service

<p>On Wednesday my brother and I bought something to eat at KingPie Worcester branch in town. It was Pathetic to say the least. The one employee was chatting on her phone and telling her colleague about stuff on the phone. Our cooldrink was thrown on the counter because she refused to put the phone down, instead taking two cans out with one hand. When enquiring about the pies, a snarky remark was given. Just two days before we ordered from the Worcester Mountain Mill mall branch and the service was good. Training definitely needs to be given on how to conduct oneself infront of customers. When I came back to the store to collect my cooldrink that I forgot, my server confronted me on why I came back and 'mumble to myself on leaving the store'. This is just plainly rude and disrespectful. I would rather drive out the mall that buy anything at that branch again.</p>
