Absolutely Disappointed – Felt ****** at King Pie Ilanga Mall (Nelspruit)

I honestly feel like I was just ******—in broad daylight! I ordered a large chips and a burger pie for R45.00, and what I received was honestly shocking. The portion of chips was barely more than a handful—calling it “large” is not just misleading, it’s laughable. In fact, the staff laughed when I politely asked if that really was a large chips. That level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I even double-checked my slip, and yes—it clearly said large chips. At almost any other place, R45 would get me at least triple the amount of chips I received here. I fully understand that the cost of living is high—I don’t mind paying for food, if I’m getting my money’s worth. But this? Total rip-off.

I’m usually not the type to complain, let alone write a review, but this experience left me angry and disappointed. I will never buy from King Pie again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about this terrible experience.
