stop ******* from *****ing from the poor

My daughter went to the hospital to do covid test but was told she must pay R75 i/we was told by national health department that all government hospital & clinics are free and this is the closest hospital to us in bonela now is this another *******ion that's going on as they dont issue a receipt for payment so why we must pay as she doesn't have a job coz of recent unrest ... my opinion is this must be investigated by the health department or will this go or be swept under the carpet like most *******ion cases as this is wrong for what they are doing. they must be exposed B4 going there she phoned the national health department to confirm if it's free & was given a durban number to phone which rings for ever in a day... so how do we survive in trying times like this ..... pathetic ******* I'm also sending this to national television news channels
