Poor service to ward the patient
I would like to formally express my concern regarding the extremely long waiting time I am currently experiencing at the hospital. The last patient was attended to at approximately 20:30, and as of 22:14, no other patient has been called in, even for basic procedures such as checking blood pressure. We have been waiting for over an hour and forty minutes without any communication or explanation for the delay. I understand that hospitals can become busy and that emergencies may occur. However, patients also deserve to be kept informed and treated with dignity and respect. The lack of communication and the excessive delay are very frustrating, especially for those who are unwell and in need of medical attention. I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently and that steps be taken to improve communication and reduce unnecessary waiting times for patients.
