provincial hospitals are a joke especially king dinuzulu

hi our health department has something called BATHO PELE charts inside every hospital, clinics etc. but it seems king dinuzulu hospital even other provincial hospitals coz my wife goes to king dinuzulu for some time now. the attitude of some of the nurses are bad & plain down ****** coz I saw this as I was admitted to 2 hospitals in the last 3 years in fact 3 hospitals ok this is not about me now my wife goes for her so called arthritis coz I know what arthritis is all about & she is suffering from what the doctors say arthritis & give her different medications every time she goes to collect the medication so I must Google it to find out what it is for. the doctors change every visit & look at the chart & say arthritis even she complain of certain pains in her leg all the doctor say don't tell me my job & I thought they supposed to give patients peace of mind not once they did xray so arthritis is stuck with them she suffer with pain in her shin & in step of her foot so I decided to take her to the GP and he did a examination physically not like the hospital assuming & he said she has shin splint & gout & asked her if the hospital give her a tablet called RIDDAQ she said yes so he said they must change that coz it's causing discomfort & also gave a letter to ask hospital doctors to change certain pressure tablets coz of diuretics causing her her more pain & do an xray which the doctor ignored coz we been going to this GP for 28 years bcoz we can't afford to see him every month so now we go for government hospitals. the code of that BATHO PELE is to provide the best of care for patients & listen to the patients but no it is displayed for fun the medication they give is for things my wife don't suffer from like depression, epilepsy etc. so how these young doctors treat patients like they doing them a favor coz they spend less time with patients & more time on personal stuff & nurses have cell phones and answers anytime the feel which is wrong & even the pressure check is wrong I'm not sure coz when you visit a hospital your pressure shoot up coz I got a very good pressure machine at home & check her pressure & not once it was over the top but at hospital its always high & even at the GP it was normal coz I know after every patient the pressure machin must be given 2 minutes b4 next patient but these nurses want to yap & rush so the reading will go wrong please Mr health Minister Jack your hospitals up as patients are been given bad treatments & not listening to their real problems like my wife asking for an xray but been refused & asked to change certain medications and also being refused please ask your doctors & nurses to do their jobs properly as when they took that oath to give patients the best possible treatment as per their request
